Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Easy Returns. We want you to love your tee. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery — no complicated forms, no runaround.

1. Return Window

You may return most items purchased from Homlivin Teriors within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must meet all conditions outlined in Section 2 below.

The return window begins on the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier. Returns initiated after 30 days will not be accepted unless the item has a manufacturer defect or was damaged during shipping.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unworn and unwashed — item must be in original, unaltered condition
  • Original tags still attached
  • Not altered, customized, embroidered, or damaged by the customer
  • Free of pet hair, strong odors, stains, or signs of wear
  • Accompanied by the original packaging if possible (not required but preferred)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for returning.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Print the label, pack your item(s) securely, and drop off at the designated carrier location.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return (1–2 business days), we will process your refund or exchange.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

4. Refund Process & Timeline

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Please note that after we process the refund, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. PayPal refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your statement.

5. Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and the size you need. We'll check availability and guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are processed free of charge within the return window.

If the requested size is not available, we will offer a full refund or store credit for a future purchase.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

For damaged or incorrect items, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — at no cost to you, and you do not need to return the damaged item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or customized
  • Items with removed tags
  • Items showing signs of wear, staining, or odor
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale" (clearly indicated at time of purchase)

8. Return Shipping

We provide a prepaid return shipping label for all eligible returns within the United States. Return shipping is free — there's no cost to you for standard returns within 30 days.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, return shipping is also free using our prepaid label. Please allow an additional 2–3 days for AK/HI returns to reach our facility.
