Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all orders $75 or more! Standard shipping is $6.99 for orders under $75. We process all orders within 1–2 business days.

1. Order Processing

All orders placed on Homlivin Teriors are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Once your order is processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

During peak seasons (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will always communicate any delays via email. If you have an urgent order, we recommend selecting Express or Overnight shipping at checkout and contacting us at [email protected] to confirm timing.

2. Domestic Shipping Options

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as U.S. territories. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your order has been processed and shipped. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or peak-season volume.

3. Free Shipping Eligibility

Standard shipping is free on all orders with a subtotal of $75.00 or more (before taxes). The free shipping discount applies automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Important: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Standard shipping rates ($6.99) apply to all Alaska and Hawaii orders, regardless of order total. Express and Overnight shipping are available to Alaska and Hawaii at standard rates, though delivery times may vary.

4. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, we will email your tracking number to the address provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number directly on the carrier's website:

  • FedEx: fedex.com

If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

5. Overnight Shipping Details

Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority delivers your order in 1 business day after processing. To receive your order in 1 business day, your order must be placed and processed before our daily cutoff time. Overnight orders placed on Friday will ship Monday and arrive Tuesday. Overnight shipping is available to most U.S. addresses but may not be available in all locations. Contact us at [email protected] to confirm availability before placing a time-sensitive order.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Homlivin Teriors is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or (323) 334-9000. We can update addresses for orders that haven't yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or other household members. Packages are sometimes left in unexpected locations by carriers.

If your package cannot be located after 3 business days of the marked delivery date, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the issue. Homlivin Teriors is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will file a damage claim with the carrier and send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
